About Ice Age 2: The Meltdown

Finally, the big chill of the Ice Age is coming to an end.  Manny (Ray Romano), Diego (Denis Leary), Sid (John Leguizamo) and the other animals are delighted with their emerging tropical paradise.  But the trio of friends soon discovers that global warming has its downside: a huge glacial dam is about to collapse and the resulting flood will destroy their valley along with everything – and everyone – in it.  The only safe place to flee is the opposite end of the long valley.  So our three intrepid heroes warn their fellow endangered species and embark on a quest to safety, joined by a mammoth named Ellie (Queen Latifah) and her “brothers” – possums named Crash and Eddie.  Jay Leno lends his voice talents to the role of Fat Tony.
