About In Her Shoes
Two sisters seemingly with nothing in common besides rather large feet move in together, and it goes just about as well as could be expected. Irresponsible party girl Maggie Feller (Cameron Diaz) isn’t really worried about holding a job or wearing enough clothes; she’s just really into guys and fun. This does not fit with her ambitious attorney sister Rose’s (Toni Collette) scheme of things. Maggie inevitably gets the boot, causing her to seek out a newly discovered grandmother, whom she eventually joins in her retirement home. The grandmother helps the sisters discover that they actually do have more in common than size 8 ½ shoes.
