Paul Reiser wrote this semi-autobiographical film specifically for co-star Peter Falk, his all-time favorite actor. When the wife of Falk’s character disappears without warning after 50 years of marriage, leaving behind only a cryptic note, father and son (Reiser) set off in search of her. Thus begins a road trip that is more than just a physical journey. Along the way, the two men have more fun, and discover much more about themselves, each other, and the women in their lives than either would have dreamed possible.
