About The World's Fastest Indian

The film centers on the true story of New Zealander Burt Munro (Anthony Hopkins), who spent several decades building and perfecting a 1920 Indian motorcycle. At age 68, he finally realized his dream, traveling to Utah's Bonneville Salt Flats for Speed Week. With very little money and without the support of a team, Munro set the racing world on fire when he broke the land speed world record.
